September 30, 2023Pittsford, NY - The SUNY Brockport football team defeated St. John Fisher, 35-18, in the 18th Annual Courage Bowl on Saturday night. The Golden Eagles improved to 4-1 overall and 1-0 in Empire 8 play with a six consecutive win over the Cardinals in the Courage Bowl.

Brockport Trounces Lycoming 59-3 at Home
September 23, 2023Brockport, NY - The Brockport football team dominated the Lycoming Warriors, 59-3, on Saturday, September 23rd. The Golden Eagles' 56-point win is the largest blowout since the Green and Gold's 58-point victory over Buffalo State in 2018. Brockport moved to 3-1 overall following the win.

Brockport Claims Clayton Chapman Bowl Victory Over W&J
November 20, 2021The SUNY Brockport football team capped its 2021 season with a 20-7 victory over visiting Washington & Jefferson in the ECAC Clayton Chapman Bowl Game on Saturday at Bob Boozer Field. Senior linebacker Lawrence Jenkins was named the game's Most Valuable Player as he finished the day with 2.0 sacks, two key forced fumbles, five tackles, two pass breakups, two quarterback hurries and two kickoff returns for a total of 50 yards. Junior runningback Jala Coad set a new program single game record with 50 carries for a total of 212 yards and he also added a first quarter receiving touchdown to lead the Brockport offense. The 200+ yard rushing effort marked the third time Coad eclipsed 200 yards in a game this season and he capped the year with a career-high 1,410 yards rushing.

October 23, 2021The SUNY Brockport football team jumped out to a 34-0 lead and never looked back as the Golden Eagles topped visiting Hartwick 41-14 in Empire 8 Conference action in front of 3,256 fans on Homecoming & Family Weekend on campus Saturday afternoon. The Golden Eagles rolled up 435 yards of offense, scored a season-high 41 points, and held the visitors to -1 yards rushing on the ground to improve to 5-2 overall and 3-1 in the Empire 8.

Junior runningback Jala Coad carried the ball 38 times for 167 yards rushing and scored two touchdowns to lead the way for the Golden Eagle Offense. Coad has scored atleast one touchdown in all six games this season as Brockport improved to 4-2 overall and 2-1 in Empire 8 play.

Junior running back Jala Coad carried the ball 45 times for a career-high 240 yards en route to eclipsing 2,000 yards rushing for his career.
