Offense

QB Austin Swenson, So., Rose-Hulman
Swenson led an offense that set school records for total offense (824 yards), passing yards (603), touchdown passes (7), first downs (41) and total plays run (114). He also set single-game school records in each category. Rose-Hulman and Illinois College tied the NCAA Division III all-time record with 142 total points in the RHIT 74-68 triple overtime win. Swenson led an attack that set an NCAA record with 41 first downs. The two teams also set NCAA records for combined total plays run (231) and touchdown passes in a game (13).

OL Tre Fesinger, Brett Briski, Nick Cappelletti, Dom Guglielmo, Sean O'Mara, Brockport State
With only one returning starter, the Brockport offensive line allowed no sacks in 65 attempts. Brockport ran 100 plays on offense on Saturday.

RB Tory Mack, Sr., Western Connecticut
Mack ran for 252 yards on just 17 carries, a 14.8-yard average, and scored four touchdowns in Western Connecticut's 58-0 win vs. Nichols. Mack ran just twice on the first possession of the second half and sat the rest of the game.

RB Josh Williams, Jr., Elmhurst
Williams set an Elmhurst single-game rushing record and helped the Bluejays erase a 20-point deficit to defeat Olivet 33-27. Williams totaled 306 rushing yards on 40 carries, shattering the previous mark of 255 set in 1995. He added three receptions for 49 yards to total 355 yards for the contest. He scored on a 6-yard run and added a 12-yard touchdown reception in the win. Williams exploded in the second half, totaling 195 yards on 20 carriers, an average of 9.8 yards per carry in the second half. 

WR Josh Gentile, Sr., Illinois College
Gentile accounted for 261 of IC's 535 receiving yards and caught three touchdowns. His two TD catches in the second half each pulled IC back within four points of Rose-Hulman and kept the Blueboys alive as they were able to force overtime before falling in the third extra session. His 32-yard kickoff return in the final two minutes of the fourth quarter also set the table for the tying touchdown.

WR Britton Lewis, Jr., Hiram
Lewis led the Terriers in receiving yards for the second straight game, accounting for 170 yards on just four catch. Lewis had a 65-yard touchdown reception and also added a 84-yard reception in the game.

TE Kyle Crawford, Sr., Austin College
Crawford had a huge game for the 'Roos in a Week 2 matchup with East Texas Baptist, hauling in six passes for 153 yards - an average of 25.5 yards per catch - including a 58 yard touchdown strike.

Defense

DE Mario Lemuel, Sr., Hiram
Lemuel had a career night in Hiram's 37-26 win over Denison. He was credited with six tackles, all solo, along with three sacks, two interceptions and a forced fumble. His second interception of the game came inside the 5-yard line and sealed the win for Hiram.

DT Jake Shaffer, So., Shenandoah
Shaffer recorded nine tackles, five of them solo in a 20-10 loss to Frostburg State. He had one and a half tackles for loss.

DE Justin Broussard, So., Southwestern
Broussard was dominant, forcing three fumbles and picking up two sacks to lead Southwestern to their first win since 1950, defeating Sul Ross at home, 27-20.

LB Baylor Mullins, So., Mary Hardin-Baylor
Mullins led a defense that posted a shutout and held Redlands to 5 yards rushing and 155 yards of total offense. He had a tackle for loss and an interception. 

LB Matt Szymanski, Fr., Brockport State
Szymanski had eight tackles, five solo and forced a fumble in Brockport's 17-14 win vs. Cortland. He had two and a half tackles for loss and a sack. 

LB Max Winsberg, Sr., Claremont-Mudd-Scripps
Winsberg had eight tackles, four of them solo, and also picked off two passes as Claremont-Mudd-Scripps defeated Lewis & Clark 36-14. He also had a 13-yard tackle for loss.

CB Ray Woolford, Jr., Morrisville State
Woolford picked off two passes in the come-from-behind win over Hartwick. Both of his interceptions came on deep throws to the end zone by Hartwick, one in the opening quarter, and another early in the second. He added four tackles to his tallies as well, registering two pass breakups.

S Kyle Fuller, Jr., Thomas More
Fuller helped anchor the Saints' defense as it held Hanover to 236 yards of total offense in its 45-16 win over the Panthers. He had three interceptions, which he returned 30 yards to go with five tackles (four solo, one assisted), including one sack.

S Mike Gentile, Jr., Lycoming
Gentile led the Warrior defense in just his second career start, as the safety notched two interceptions and added four tackles for the Warriors. He was a part of a defense that tore apart Albright's offense, allowing just six first downs and 114 yards all game.

S Roth Healy, So., Emory and Henry
Healey led Emory and Henry's defense with a 72-yard fumble recovery for a touchdown, an 11-yard interception return and nine tackles (six solo) in a 14-13 win vs. Maryville (Tenn.).

CB Nik Kelly, Fr., Southwestern
Kelly had a pair of interceptions as the Pirate defense forced seven turnovers to pick up a 27-20 win over Sul Ross. Kelly also recovered a fumble and had five tackles, three of them solo.

Special teams

K Brandt Davis, So., Carleton
Davis was a perfect 3-for-3 on field goals — including a career-best 42 yarder — in a 40-14 win vs. Knox. He also was 3-of-3 on PATs, giving him 12 points, the second-highest total by a kicker in school history. His 42-yard field goal was the longest by a Knight since 2003. 

P Ian Kennedy, Sr., Western New England
Kennedy kept the Owls at a field position disadvantage throughout the afternoon by averaging 40.4 yards on five punts. His long of the day was a 50-yarder during the second half of a 17-14 win over Westfield State.

ST Michael Reives, Jr., Averett
Reives returned a blocked PAT that came back 98 yards for a defensive two-point conversion and also caught a 29-yard pass on a fake punt.

RET Eli Redmond, Fr., Moravian
Redmond got the Greyhounds off to a quick start in Moravian's 28-7 win over McDaniel to open the Centennial Conference season by returning the opening kickoff 100 yards for a lead just 13 seconds into the game. He added a second kickoff return late in the fourth quarter, going to the ground after a 13-yard return as the Hounds were looking to protect the ball and run out the clock.
