November 16, 2024 WPI Football Closes 2024 Campaign with Win Over MIT to Secure Winning Season WORCESTER -- In a battle of the Engineers to close out the 2024 season, WPI claimed a 34-12 victory over MIT in a NEWMAC football clash on Saturday. The Crimson and Gray finished the year at 6-4 overall, 4-3 in conference play, while the Cambridge Engineers wrapped up their season at 3-6, 1-6 in the NEWMAC.
November 9, 2024 Late Salve Regina Scores Doom WPI in NEWMAC Clash Newport, RI --- In a back-and-forth game, Salve Regina scored two late touchdowns to secure a dramatic 21-14 victory over WPI in NEWMAC football action on Saturday. The Engineers dip to 5-4 overall, 3-3 in conference play, while the Seahawks go to 5-4, 4-2 in the NEWMAC.

October 26, 2024 WPI tops Merchant Marine WORCESTER -- WPI quarterback Mike Ingraffia notched his second-straight five-touchdown performance as the Engineers topped the visiting US Merchant Marine Academy, 35-21, on H. Carr Field at Alumni Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The NEWMAC victory moves WPI to 2-2 in conference play, 4-3 overall, while the Mariners dip to 5-2 overall, 3-2 in the NEWMAC.

October 5, 2024 Undefeated Springfield’s Ground Attack Runs to NEWMAC Triumph Over WPI Springfield, MA --- An explosive ground game and a strong defense propelled the Springfield football team to a 51-7 victory over WPI on Saturday afternoon in NEWMAC action at Stagg Field. The Pride runs its season record to 5-0, including 2-0 in NEWMAC play, while the Engineers dip to 3-2 overall, 1-1 against conference opponents.
