September 13, 2024 Saints Bring Hoffman Cup Back to North Country, With 20-9 Win Over Norwich Defensive lineman Thomas Our was named St. Lawrence's MVP helping lead the St. Lawrence University football team to a 20-9 win over Norwich University, bringing the Hoffman Cup back to the North Country under the lights at Sabine Field in Norwich, Vt. The win marked the fourth-straight Hoffman Cup win for the Saints, and improved their record to 1-1 on the season, while the Cadets fell to 0-2. Our finished with six, including two sacks for the loss of 19 yards, both in the fourth quarter. He also recorded one quarterback hurry. Also defensively, Savino Morelli picked up nine tackles.
June 19, 2024 Empire 8, Liberty League execute trade The Empire 8 and Liberty League will meet up in a non-conference scheduling arrangement in 2025 and 2026, and in order to balance their numbers, the E8 sent Hilbert over to the LL for the 2025 season.
October 6, 2018 Ferraro, Ruthman Have Record-Setting Day, Lead Saints Over Rochester Anthony Ferraro set a school record with 18 receptions, and Aaron Ruthman broke the school record for pass attempts and tied the school record for completions, completing 35-of-52 passes, to lead the St. Lawrence University football team to a 38-24 win over the University of Rochester in the first Liberty League game of the season for both teams on Saturday afternoon.
September 29, 2018 Saints Wrap Non-Conference Schedule with Loss to Thomas More Hjavier Pitts and Luke Zajac both rushed for more than 100 yards and scored two touchdowns to lead the Thomas More football team to a 48-12 win over St. Lawrence University in a non-league game in front of a large Family Weekend crowd on Weeks Field at Lecknoby on Saturday afternoon in Canton.
September 21, 2018 Marnell Scores Three TDs, but Saints Comeback Bid Falls Short Nick Edmond rushed for 137 yards and two touchdowns to lead Morrisville State's offense, and St. Lawrence was never quite able to make its way back from a 27-7 deficit as the Saints fell to the Mustangs 34-26 in a non-league football game at Drake Field in Morrisville on Friday night. Travis Marnell had 10 catches for 114 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Saints.
September 15, 2018 Saints Fall to Fourth-Ranked Brockport The College at Brockport entered Saturday's football game against St. Lawrence University ranked fourth in the latest D3football.com national poll, and the Golden Eagles looked like a national powerhouse against the Saints, building a 40-6 halftime lead en route to a 65-12 win in a non-league contest in Brockport.
