December 15, 2025 Hinkle promoted to Marietta College Head Football Coach MARIETTA, Ohio — Marietta College announced the promotion of Tom Hinkle to head football coach Monday (Dec. 15) afternoon. After serving as the Pioneers’ associate head coach this fall, Hinkle becomes the 31st head coach in program history.
November 15, 2025 Marietta closes season with 37-14 win over Bluffton MARIETTA, Ohio — Sophomore quarterback Joe Tenta threw four touchdown passes leading Marietta College to a 37-14 win over Bluffton University Saturday (Nov. 15) afternoon. The Pioneers and the Beavers both end the season with 5-5 overall records.
November 8, 2025 No. 2 Mount Union edges Marietta 30-19 MARIETTA, Ohio — No. 2 ranked Mount Union used a balanced offensive attack to defeat Marietta College by the score of 30-19 Saturday (Nov. 8) afternoon. The loss drops Marietta to 4-5 overall and 3-5 in the Ohio Athletic Conference. Mount Union moves to 9-0 overall and 7-0 in the OAC.
