Wesley pulled away after halftime and won a easy game vs. Framingham State, but otherwise, it was nothing but first-round blowouts in the Mount Union bracket.

Joe Callahan threw for 411 yards and three Wolverines receivers had more than 100 yards apiece as Wesley improved to 10-1 with a 42-22 win vs. Framingham State. The Wolverines move on to play Johns Hopkins, presumably in Baltimore. The NCAA will make the sites of games official on Sunday.

Wesley led just 21-14 at the half, but struck early in the second half as Callahan hit Alex Kemp for a 69-yard touchdown on the second play from scrimmage. The two hooked up again early in the fourth on an 11-yard strike to make it 35-16 and Framingham State did not get within 12 in the second half.

Matthew Silva, one of the most prolific quarterbacks in Division III himself, threw for 312 yards but completed just 26 of 52 passes. He threw for two touchdowns and had 16 carries for 68 yards as well.

Taurice Scott ran for 171 yards and a touchdown on just nine carries and threw for 127 yards and three scores on 11-for-22 passing. Meanwhile, the defense was just crushing as Mount Union defeated St. Lawrence 55-23. The Purple Raiders rang up 12 sacks on the Saints' quarterbacks, with program all-time leader registering three and a half of them in the win. Tre Jones broke up four passes.

Mike Knight threw for five touchdowns and the Albright defense recorded four sacks as the Lions had little trouble getting out of the first round, defeating Norwich 49-0. Vinny Williams caught six passes for 119 yards and two scores and Gerrod Gainer had three catches for 100 yards and two more scores in the win.

Philippe Bazinet, the Norwich quarterback who was sacked four times, was just 9-for-24 passing in the loss. Norwich finishes the season at 6-5. Albright (10-1) advances to play at Mount Union.

Johns Hopkins similarly had no trouble with unbeaten Western New England, rolling out to a 38-0 lead at the half and handing the Golden Bears their first loss, 52-20. The Blue Jays (11-0) unleashed Jonathan Germano through the air, as he threw for 293 yards and four touchdowns on 17-for-26 passing. Bradley Munday had the biggest day with eight catches for 132 yards and two scores.
