There are no Friday night games this weekend and very few the rest of the way. This gives us the ability to focus on great pairs of games in other parts of the country. Unfortunately, this is not a good weekend to visit Southern California, as everyone playing kicks off at 7 p.m. PDT. This trip follows a relatively short path, with the opener of Albright at Lycoming and the nightcap of Ursinus at Susquehanna. Unfortunately, this day will not see the Stagg Hat trophy being contested, since Susquehanna pulled out of the Middle Atlantic Conference a few years back.

There are certainly other good pairs, with a chance to catch games at both Dubuque and Augustana, Guilford and Greensboro, Albion and Hope and others.
