MINNEAPOLIS, Minn.  – Baldwin Wallace University football sophomore defensive back Marquee Vereen (Tampa, Fla./Tampa Bay Technical) has been named to the 2024 D3football.com All-Region 4 Team.

Vereen earns his first all-region honor after appearing and starting in all 10 games at corner back.  He led the team and was second in the OAC with a career-high 11 pass breakups.  Vereen also recorded 26 tackles and one interception.   Earlier this season, he garnered his first All-Ohio Athletic Conference accolade as he was named to the first team.

For his career, Vereen has appeared in 20 games and has tallied 63 tackles, 21 pass breakups and three interceptions.

BW finished the 2024 campaign with a record of 7-3 overall and a 6-3 mark in the OAC.
