For Moravian, Chris Mills completed 12-of-13 passes for 336 yards and five touchdowns in the opening half. Nick Petros hauled in six catches for 241 yards and four touchdowns for the Greyhounds.

LAST TIME OUT
Trailing 15-9 early in the third quarter, McDaniel ran off three consecutive scores on the way to a 32-22 win over Gettysburg last Saturday. The Bullets fell behind 9-0 before junior Matt Harris (Dennisville, N.J./Middle Township) converted a seven-yard rushing touchdown in the second quarter. A nine-yard run by freshman Matty Mulcahy (Madison, N.J./Madison) and a two-point conversion put Gettysburg in front 15-9 with 11:52 left in the third quarter.  The Green Terror picked up two rushing touchdowns and a field goal to regain the lead. A 51-yard touchdown pass from freshman Logan Edmond (Coopersburg, Pa./Southern Lehigh) to sophomore Linwood Nicolas, Jr. sliced the deficit to 25-22 with 5:22 to play, but McDaniel converted the final touchdown with less than a minute left to seal the win. Edmond and Harris combined for 174 passing yards, while Mulcahy carried the ball four times for 44 yards. Nicolas totaled 103 yards receiving. Sophomores Matt Lynch (Bridgewater, N.J./Immaculata) and Alex Stillman (Redding, Conn./Joel Barlow) each posted 16 tackles.

Senior Roberto Diez ran for 129 yards and three touchdowns, but the Greyhounds fell a touchdown shy of victory with a 35-28 loss to Ursinus at Rocco Calvo Field last Saturday. Moravian turned in the first two touchdowns on a 10-yard run by Diez and a 79-yard interception return by Romello Walters.  The Bears came back to tie the game in the third quarter, but another score by Diez put the hosts back in front entering the final period. Three consecutive touchdowns gave the lead to Ursinus. Following an 87-yard kickoff return by Cory Little, Diez punched in another score  to cut the margin to seven, but the Bears ran out the clock on their final possession. Renard Nicholson led Moravian's defense with 10 tackles and two tackles for a loss.
