Lee put the Wolverines on the board early with a 45-yard TD run on Wesley's first offensive play (11:34). On the Profs' next drive, they were able to drive to the Wolverines' 15 but turned the ball over on a fumble. Wesley went ahead 14-0 at the 11:38 mark of the second quarter after a 10-play, 80-yard drive. Lee had his second scoring run from two yards out.

Rowan went 66 yards on its next possession to the Wesley 11. The Profs had to settle for a 28-yard field goal from kicker Tyler Knighton (sr. Gibbstown, NJ/Paulsboro) to cut the deficit to 14-3 (8:53). With time winding down in the frame, the Wolverines took over at their 16 with 3:57 on the clock. They went 84 yards on nine plays and Lee picked up his third score of the day with a five-yard carry (0:32). The extra point failed and Wesley led 20-3 at the break.

In the third quarter, the Wolverines started a possession at their 10-yard line. On third-and-12, Burroughs hit Okike for a 92-yard score and Wesley increased its lead to 27-3 (7:22). The Wolverines tacked on their final points in the fourth period. Burroughs found Okike for a 16-yard touchdown (7:15), concluding an 11-play, 49-yard drive.
