The play was the longest from scrimmage since Hendrix brought back the program last year.

After a three-and-out for the Warriors, Thrasher found Nick Glover for a 36-yard pass to make the game 21-16 at the 5:34 mark of the third.

Just before the end of the quarter, Peters completed a 50-yard dark to Winn, who was tackled at the one. Winn managed his second score of the game with a run up the middle to give the Warriors a 28-16 cushion.

The teams exchanged lost fumbles in the fourth quarter. Millsaps cut the score to 28-23 with a 24-yard Thrasher pass to Rashad Sims with 1:11 left.

Brady's ensuing onside kick was scooped up by sophomore Jake Steward and returned 46 yards to give the Warriors a 35-23 lead. Millsaps used five plays to go 62 yards, ending with a 30-yard touchdown pass to Johnson with eight seconds left, making it 35-30.

Hendrix recovered the onside kick and took a knee to end the game.
