1-When did you start playing football? My sophomore year in high school.

2-What has been the highlight of your athletic career so far? The Adrian game my junior year. I had six tackles, one sack and one interception.

3-What are your goals for the 2012 season? To be named All-HCAC for athletics and academics.

4-Who is your funniest teammate? Aaron Spence.

5-Do you have any nicknames? JB.

6-What three words best describe you? Respectful, righteous, revolutionary.

7-What is your favorite restaurant? Anywhere that has good food.

8-Who is your biggest hero? My parents.

9-Dream vacation spot? Italy.

10-What is the top song currently on your iPod? I do not have a particular song. I just listen to whatever sounds good.

11-Who was your childhood sports hero? Michael Jordan.

12-Do you have any superstitions or pre-game routines? I like chewing gum, or eating sunflower seeds.

13-If you could trade places with anyone for one day, who would it be? Cornel West, or Lupe Fiasco.

14-What is your favorite TV show? Any documentary on lions.

15-What is something most people do not know about you? I play the piano.

16-What is your biggest fear? Death.

17-Besides your own, what is your favorite sport to watch at Defiance? I absolutely love watching soccer.

18-What is your favorite class or professor at DC and why? Dr. MC Harper. We relate to each other in more ways than one.

19-What are your plans after graduating from DC? I would love to continue playing football. I also have a high interest in going to graduate school for African-American studies.

20-How has playing collegiate athletics at DC helped you in life? It has helped me have discipline, stay positive when things do not go the way I want, and to be a difference maker.
