There are two Thursday night games in Week 2 and only four Friday night games so if you want to see the maximum five games this week, you have to start with the "Chowder Bowl" -- SUNY-Maritime at Mass Maritime. We're going to be heading West the rest of the weekend, so we bypass the New England Friday night games for one just outside Trenton, N.J., with FDU-Florham at TCNJ. Pennsylvania fans will get an eyeful of the length of the state on the way to Greenville, Pa., for Rochester at Thiel. Pittsburgh is also an option but we'll get there later in the season. The nightcap is a game that should have a great atmosphere: Bethany at Geneva. Geneva's stadium (at right) seats 6,500 and they have been among the attendance leaders in Division III since joining from the NAIA. But you're not done yet! There's a Sunday game as well, as Case Western Reserve travels to Oberlin on a game pushed back a day because of Yom Kippur.

If you felt like doing even more driving, you could pick up Hiram at Denison as your Saturday night game but there aren't as many attractive options during the afternoon in Ohio as most of the OAC is off in Week 2 and there aren't any other NCAC teams playing in Ohio that day.

Total: Five games, 853 miles start to finish.
