Mike Martin had a pair of touchdown runs in the second half as Olivet rallied from a 10-0 deficit to defeat Kalamazoo 14-10. It's Olivet's first win since Sept. 20, 2008, when the Comets defeated Concordia (Ill.).

Olivet's last conference win was 2007, when the Comets won the MIAA. The program had gone 1-34 since, including a 32-game losing streak.

Jake Mullin passed for 614 yards and McMurry set the Division III record with 848 yards of total offense as McMurry crushed Texas Lutheran 60-16. The War Hawks are holding onto their potential playoff hopes, which involve running the table and hoping a 7-1 regional record is enough to get in.

Trinity (Texas) answered Huntingdon's Week 6 poll statement with one of its own, defeating the Hawks 24-7 in a non-conference game. Sewanee beat DePauw 30-7 for the team's first win against the Tigers since 1999. Westminster (Pa.) improved to 4-2, its best six-game record since 2002, beating Waynesburg 22-20. Washington and Lee drove 69 yards in just four plays and Luke Heinsohn scored on a 5-yard run with 2:09 left to give the Generals a 34-30 win at Randolph-Macon. Lewis and Clark secured its first winning season since 1995, defeating Whitworth 30-22.

Quarterback Kris Sabourin ran one in with 33 seconds left to lift Norwich past Gallaudet 10-7 and keep the Cadets unbeaten in the chase for the first ECFC automatic bid. The first UMAC automatic bid looks like it's heading to St. Scholastica, which defeated Westminster (Mo.) 29-12 on Saturday evening in Duluth, Minn., picking off five Blue Jays passes en route to seven takeaways. Dubuque's Michael Zweifel was held to seven catches for 157 yards, but four of them went for touchdowns as the Spartans defeated Cornell 40-17 to remain in a virtual three-way tie for first in the IIAC. Coe had a bye and Central rolled over Loras 70-7. Illinois College improved to 6-1, running all over Knox for a 46-19 win. The Blueboys need help, however, at a game behind Monmouth and having already lost to the Scots. Westfield State fell on a bad snap by Coast Guard, which had run all but 20 seconds off the clock and scored three plays later to take a 24-21 lead. The Bears fall to 1-5, with three losses in the final minute. The LaBarge brothers combined to score all three touchdowns for Washington U. as the Bears defeated Wooster 24-20.
