INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Stevenson University senior defensive back Charles Greer finished the 2023 as the Division III statistical leader in blocked kicks.
 
Greer blocked five kicks this season for the Mustangs, which was tied for second best across all divisions. Joe MacDougall blocked six kicks for Assumption, which was the best across all four divisions (FBS, FCS, Division II and Division III).
 
Greer blocked kicks against FDU-Florham, Delaware Valley, King's, Eastern and Ursinus. His blocked field goal against FDU-Florham kept the Devils from taking a lead midway through the second quarter. His block against Eastern, in overtime, helped Stevenson preserve the tie.
 
Stevenson finished the 2023 campaign 7-4 and made the postseason for the ninth straight year.
