Franklin, Ind. - The Franklin College football team returns to the gridiron following its bye week with a No. 14 ranking in the D3football.com Top 25 national poll – up three positions from last week.
The Grizzlies are also climbing in the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) poll, up to No. 16 this week from No. 18.
Franklin stands 5-1 on the season and is 4-0 in Heartland Collegiate Athletic Conference action. The team has registered victories against No. 13 Thomas More College, Defiance College, Bluffton University, Manchester University, and Earlham College.
The team hosts Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology on Saturday, October 22 at 1:30 p.m. from Faught Stadium.
