DULUTH, Minn. (csssaints.com) - Riding a record breaking performance from running back Jake Jensen , the St. Scholastica Football team handled Westminster 41-13 Saturday night at Malosky Stadium to win its fifth straight Homecoming game.

Jensen broke the career rushing record for CSS of 2,043 yards on a 12-yard rush early in the first quarter. Jensen would later cap the drive off with a 28-yard run that would result in the Saints first touchdown of the day.

Jensen would go on to finish with 124 yards and two touchdowns on the day, while fellow running back Chris Gassert finished with 94 yards and two touchdowns of his own.

Besides the dominant running game for the Saints, the defense also stepped up recording two interception touchdowns of their own.
