Offensive lineman Kolton Hammond (Astoria, Ill./Astoria H.S.), tight end Alex Hess (Washington, Ill./Washington H.S.) and wide receiver Cody Myers (Ipava, Ill./V.I.T. H.S.) were the Eureka football seniors to qualify for the honor. Hess earned the same award as a junior last season.

Running back Jacob Ferguson (Metamora, Ill./Metamora H.S.) and linebacker Donovan Lewis (Danville, Ill./Danville H.S.) represented Eureka's freshman class as first-time recipients.
All student-athletes from UMAC-sponsored sports that receive at least a 3.5 grade point average for the semester qualify for the award.
