DEFIANCE, Ohio – The Defiance College football program will team up with the Vera Bradley Foundation to host a 'Pink Out' on October 23 at Justin F. Coressel Stadium. DC will host Anderson at 1:30 pm and all proceeds from the event will go directly towards the fight against breast cancer and the Vera Bradley Foundation for Breast Cancer.

Fans can help make this day a success by purchasing a special pink shirt for $10 and wearing it to the game. The shirts are available in youth and adult sizes and all orders must be submitted by September 30. Shirts can be ordered by contacting Missy Jensen at coachmissyjensen@yahoo.com.

The day will also be highlighted by a halftime speech from Vera Bradley, who will also be attending the postgame cookout that will be open to all fans.
