Today's Contest: 
Today is the sixth Ohio Athletic Conference game and third home contest for the Baldwin Wallace University football team as it hosts an OAC and Hall of Fame game against Wilmington College on the 25th Anniversary of BW's 1994 OAC Championship.  Last week, the Yellow Jackets defeated Muskingum University by a final score of 42-8 in New Concord. Wilmington fell to Marietta College at home by a final score of 35-26.

The Series
BW and Wilmington have met 20 times on the gridiron with the Yellow Jackets holding an 17-3 series lead, including 10 straight victories. During the nine game winning streak, BW has outscored the Quakers, 422-150. The series began in 1922 with Wilmington defeating the Yellow Jackets, 16-7, in Berea. The last Wilmington win came in 2008 when it beat the Yellow Jackets, 27-21, in Wilmington.

BW Head Coach Jim Hilvert 
Hilvert is in his third season at BW and has a record of 19-7 and OAC slate of 16-7. He is 86-26 in his 11th overall season and is 2-0 against Wilmington. 

Wilmington Head Coach Bryan Moore 
Moore is in his third season at Wilmington and has a record of 4-22 and an OAC mark of 2-21.  He is 0-2 vs. Baldwin Wallace.  

Last Game vs. Wilmington -- Oct. 20, 2018:
BW scored 35 points on 285 yards passing, 276 yards passing and 561 total yards. Wilmington scored 33 points on 222 yards passing, 157 rushing and 379 total yards. 

Scouting the Yellow Jackets: 
In week six of the season, BW scored 42 points on 282 yards passing and 156 yards rushing for 438 yards of total offense. Muskingum scored 28  points on 193 yards passing and 191 yards rushing for 384 yards of total offense.

BW Leaders: 
Offensively, freshman quarterback Keagan Armitage (Ashland) has completed 52 of 86 passes for 821 yards with 11 touchdowns and two interceptions.  Sophomore All-OAC running back Jon Murray, Jr. (Cincinnati/Withrow) leads the ground attack and is sixth in the OAC with 442 yards on 100 carries and is tied for seventh in the league with four touchdowns. Junior wideout Iyan Mitchell (Tampa, Fla./Robinson) leads the receiving corps and is tied for fifth in the OAC with 28 catches, fourth in the league with 534 yards and has six touchdowns.  Defensively, senior linebacker Josh Liberati (Lisbon/David Anderson) leads the team and is seventh in the OAC with 53 tackles.  Senior defensive back Jordyn Johnson (Akron/North) is second on the squad with 44 stops and leads the team and is tied for third in OAC with seven pass breakups.

Scouting the Quakers
In week six of the season, Wilmington scored 26 points on 341 yards passing, 56 yards rushing and 397 total yards. Marietta scored 35 points on 213 yards passing, 146 yards rushing and 359 total yards. 

Wilmington Leaders
Offensively, junior quarterback Kyle Barrett has completed 134 of 209 passes for and OAC leading 1,795 yards with 12 touchdowns and six interceptions.  Senior running back Gino Hinton, Jr. leads the ground attack with 269 yards on 65 carries with two touchdowns. Sophomore wide receiver Itika Wynn, Jr. leads the receiving corps and the OAC with 47 catches, is second in the league with 708 yards and is tied for fifth in the OAC with seven touchdowns.  Defensively, junior linebacker Tavion Bryant leads the team and is third in the OAC with 64 tackles.  Junior defensive back Ameer Jackson is second on the squad and fourth in the OAC with 61 stops.
