Today's Contest: 
Today is the final game of a three-game season opening road trip and the second Ohio Athletic Conference game for the Baldwin Wallace University football team as it travels to Alliance to take on defending OAC Champion and No. 2 nationally-ranked University of Mount Union.  BW opened up OAC action last weekend with a 45-28 victory over Otterbein University.  Mount Union was idle last week after it opened the season with a 66-14 victory over Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology (Ind.).

The Series: 
BW and Mount Union have met 57 times on the gridiron.  The Purple Raiders lead the all-time series by a margin of 35-21-1, including winning the last 24 contests. The series began in 1896 as the Yellow Jackets posted a 10-0 victory in Alliance.  The last BW win came in 1994 when it knocked off Mount Union by a final score of 23-10 in Alliance.  The last Yellow Jacket victory in Berea was in 1991 when they beat the Purple Raiders by a final score of 21-18.

BW Head Coach Jim Hilvert: 
Hilvert is in his third season at BW and has a record of  16-6 and OAC slate of 13-6. He is 83-25 in his 11th overall season and is 0-2 against Mount Union. 

Mount Union Head Coach Vince Kehres: 
Kehres is in his seventh season at Mount Union with a 85-5 record. He is 6-0 vs. Baldwin Wallace.

Last Game vs. MTU -- September 15, 2018:
BW scored 21 points on 215 yards passing, 146  yards rushing and 361 total yards.  Mount Union scored 56 points on 428 yards passing, 158 yards rushing and 586 total yards. 

Scouting the Yellow Jackets: 
In week one of the season, BW scored 31 points on 346 yards passing and 106 yards rushing for a 452 yards of total offense. Alma (Mich.) scored 14 points on 114 yards passing and 109 yards rushing for 223 yards of total offense.

BW Leaders: 
Offensively, senior quarterback A.J. Miller (Coral Springs, Fla./Coral Springs Charter) has completed 36 of 65 passes for 504 yards with four touchdowns and one interception.  Sophomore All-OAC running back Jon Murray, Jr. (Cincinnati/Withrow) leads the ground attack with 175 yards on 28 carries with two touchdowns. Senior wideout Darion Greer (Toledo/Toledo Central Catholic) leads the receiving corps with nine catches for 80 yards.  Defensively, senior linebacker Josh Liberati (Lisbon/David Anderson) leads the squad with 15 tackles.  

Scouting the Purple Raiders:
In week one of the season, Mount Union scored 66 points on 344 yards passing, 284 yards rushing and 628 total yards. Rose-Hulman scored 14 points on 188 yards rushing yards, 59 yards passing and 247 total yards. 

Mount Union Leaders: 
Offensively, senior All-OAC quarterback D'Angelo Fulford has completed 16 of 22 passes for 288 yards and six touchdowns.  Junior All-OAC running back Josh Petruccelli leads the ground attack with 149 yards on 12 carries with one touchdown. Senior All-OAC wide receiver Justin Hill leads the receiving corps with five receptions for 148 yard with four touchdowns.   Defensively, senior All-OAC defensive lineman Andrew Roesch leads the team with five tackles, including three for loss.
