(PITTSBURGH, Pa.) - The Carnegie Mellon University football team will entertain Geneva College on Saturday, October 14. Kick is set for 1:00 p.m. on the turf of Gesling Stadium.

Carnegie Mellon enters the game against Geneva leading the all-time series 16-8-1. When the schools reunited on the gridiron four seasons ago, it marked the first meeting in 24 years. Carnegie Mellon defeated Geneva last season 29-10 at Reeves Field and has a streak of seven straight over the Golden Tornadoes. The first-ever meeting between the two schools was in 1907, a game which was won by Geneva, 6-0. The shutout was also the first of six straight in the series and 11 total with the Tartans holding the edge with seven.
