Cartel Brooks was bottled up by Mount Union but nobody for Baldwin Wallace could catch him on Saturday as he knocked Octavias McKoy out of the record book before it was ever printed.

Brooks, a junior at Heidelberg, set the NCAA all-divisions record for rushing in a single game, as he ran for 465 yards in 38 attempts and scored three touchdowns as the No. 18-ranked Student Princes defeated Baldwin Wallace 42-14.

He topped the record 455 yards compiled by Western Connecticut's McKoy just three weeks earlier. The run which put him over the top came with 4:26 left and put the Student Princes up by five touchdowns.

Heidelberg's season is likely over at 8-2 overall.
