BEVERLY, Mass. — The Endicott football team hosts No. 5/5 nationally ranked Hardin-Simmons on Friday night at 7 PM. Here's a preview of the matchup.

FIVE THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

  • The Cowboys are ranked fifth in both the American Football Coaches Association (AFCA) and D3football.com polls; Hardin-Simmons has been nationally ranked for 83 straight weeks — including 56 consecutive weeks in the top-10
  • Friday's game will mark the first time Endicott has played a team from Texas; other programs the Gulls have played out of the region include New York, New Jersey, and Washington, D.C.
  • Hardin-Simmons' football program began competition in 1897 (earned 500th win in program history last season)
