QB Melvin Burston, Fr., Maryville (Tenn.)
Burston completed 26 of 36 passes for 302 yards and three touchdowns while also rushing 18 times for 134 yards and another score in a 42-20 win against Greensboro.

OL Bryan Elliott, Jack Ruddy, Weston Kitley, Quintin Burkett, Jake Shaffer, Wabash
The starting five, along with Mark Riffle and Chris Daniel, helped Wabash rush for 238 yards (despite minus-37 yards on three kneeldowns and a bad punt snap) against Wittenberg in its conference-title clinching game Saturday. The Tigers came into the game holding opposing teams to 134 rushing yards per game.

RB Kyle Kovach, Jr., Rose-Hulman
Established school records with 246 yards rushing on 40 carries and 419 all-purpose yards to lead Rose-Hulman to a 53-50 victory over Anderson. Kovach scored on touchdown runs of 2 and 6 yards and hauled in touchdown catches of 80 and 6 yards in the victory to finish with six catches for 119 yards.

RB Matthew Biggers, So., La Verne
Biggers ran for a career-high 235 yards on 24 carries (9.8 yards per rush) and a pair of touchdowns in the Leopards' 52-7 conference win over Pomona-Pitzer on Saturday to notch his first-ever 200-yard rushing game.

WR Cody Pearcy, Sr., Huntingdon
Had TD receptions of 69, 65 and 39 yards to finish with six catches for 233 yards in a 45-10 win against LaGrange. It broke his own school record for receiving yards in a game.

WR Darnell Williams, Sr., Louisiana College
Williams set school single-game receiving yards record with nine catches for 244 yards in a loss to McMurry, to go along with a touchdown. His longest reception was for 49 yards as he averaged 27 yards per catch.

TE Austin Goetsch, Jr., UW-Eau Claire
Goetsch had a career day against UW-Whitewater as he caught 11 passes for 177 yards. He played a crucial role in setting up the Blugolds' final score of the day as he had back-to-back long receptions (one of 43 yards and another of 35 yards) to get the Blugolds down the field quickly.

Defense
DE Corey Scruggs, Sr., Averett
Scruggs recorded his fourth multi-sack game of the year, with two sacks and three tackles for loss.

DT Peter Bulandr, Sr., North Central (Ill.)
Bulandr contributed two of North Central's four sacks in the Cardinals' 33-7 win over then-No. 13 Wheaton. He was credited with eight QB hurries as the Cardinals held Wheaton's high-powered offense without a passing touchdown.

DE Ray St. Laurent, Sr., Worcester State
St. Laurent registered a game-best 10 tackles, eight solo, with two sacks and a pass breakup in a 27-13 triumph over NEFC Bogan Division champion Framingham State to help head coach Brien Cullen earn his 150th career win.

LB Ben Robinson, Sr., Trinity (Texas)
Robinson led the defense in tackles on Saturday, as the Tigers clinched a spot in the playoffs by defeating Centre. Robinson posted a team-best 11 tackles, recording seven solo stops, and three tackles for loss of 6 yards. He also had a sack.

LB Kyle McGivney, Sr., Luther
Kyle set the Division III record for career tackles with 535. He finished with nine tackles, eight solo, and was also credited with one sack, one interception, one pass breakup and one blocked kick.

LB Dustin Massey, Sr., Birmingham-Southern
Massey had six tackles, three solo, as well as an interception in the Panthers' 54-0 win against Rhodes.

LB Jaden Rosselli, So., Willamette
Roselli led all players with 13 tackles, five solo, in Willamette's 57-28 win over previously undefeated Lewis and Clark. He intercepted a pass and had a tackle for a 5-yard loss. He returned the interception 34 yards to the L&C 31-yard line in the third quarter to set up a touchdown two plays later.

CB Noah Timm, Jr., UW-Whitewater
Timm had two interceptions for 16 yards and blocked a field goal in a 37-22 Warhawk victory against UW-Eau Claire. He also was credited for three solo tackles and helped hold the Blugolds' offense to 69 rushing yards on 30 attempts.

S Bryan Cary, Jr., Waynesburg
Gary clinched the biggest victory in recent team history for the Yellow Jackets when he sacked Thomas More quarterback Robert Kues, forced the ball loose and fell on it for a fumble recovery with five seconds to go in the game. Gary recorded nine tackles on the day, including six solo stops and two tackles for loss, one of which was the game-clinching sack.

S Demetreus Johnson, Jr., Coe
Johnson intercepted two passes Saturday for his third multi-interception game of the season. Dubuque quarterback Wyatt Hanus had only been picked off five times entering the game.

CB Zack Wethersby, Sr., Texas Lutheran
Weathersby had four tackles -- one for a loss -- two interceptions, a fumble recovery and three pass breakups in a 36-16 win at Mississippi College. Weathersby and company shut out the Choctaws in the first half and forced seven turnovers, four of which led to scores.

Special teams
K Long Ding, Sr., Norwich
Ding hit a school record 51-yard field goal as part of a 3-for-3 day in field goal attempts and extending his consecutive made extra point attempts streak to 13 straight, scoring 10 points in Norwich's ECFC clinching 16-9 win against SUNY-Maritime. His other kicks were from 36 and 38 yards.

P Alex Blakeslee, So., Worcester State
Blakeslee averaged 49.5 yards on six punts with two that landed inside the 20 as he helped propel Worcester State's defensive effort in a 27-13 upset over NEFC Bogan Division champion Framingham State. He broke the single-game mark for punting average and his 80-yard blast in the second quarter eclipsed the previous school record.

ST Logan McAnany, So., Waynesburg
McAnany blocked a Thomas More punt, which was recovered by teammate Pat Depizzo and returned 40 yards for a touchdown in Waynesburg's 26-23 win against the Saints.

RET Justin Haulcy-Bateman, Sr., Cal Lutheran
Haulcy-Bateman took Cal Lutheran's opening kickoff return 95 yards for a touchdown during a 61-31 road win over Chapman.
